"My Brand new R1200RT with 1200 miles on it had a rear seal go out while on its first trip to the twisities of OK-1 AR-88 Tahlemina. I managed to limp it back to the shop (It was just dripping oil, not a complete loss).
Arriving at your dealership, the racks were full. Your service department cleared a rack, and got be fixed up and back on the road in less than 3 hours.
Great Job.
This was my third bike from your dealership.

"My BMW needed it's 12K Service. I live in Tulsa and the BMW store is in OKC. Found out from a friend that I could drop it off at the Tulsa Vespa store on Peoria. They are evidently owned by same family. Anyway, took it there and everyone was so nice. I found out that the actual store owner transports the bikes back and forth. My bike was back the next day. I have always wished that we had dealer here in Tulsa. However, after my experience with the Tulsa Vespa and OKC BMW store, I will only use these guys from now on whether we get a BMW store here in Tulsa or not. They were so nice and my bike is running better than ever."

"I ride over 400 miles for service on my BMW K1200LT. I haven't been in the local dealers since I found BMW of Oklahoma's great service. When I need parts or accessories, I just call Ron and he ships them to me.
I consider Michael, Jan, Ryan, Ron, Sunny, Bobby, Jenn and Kuro as friends. They treat me with respect and are the first dealership (for any make) that I actually enjoy going to.
As for service and accessory installation work, they're the best. Sunny was able to get all of my electrical and communication systems working on my K1200LT after numerous trips to the other BMW dealerships. The other dealerships told me that the set up that I wanted was not possible. That was not the case with BMW of Oklahoma - they were able to get everything working and they take care of my LT better than any other dealer. I plan to purchase my next K1200LT from BMW of Oklahoma, and I would even pay a premium to do so.
I am a very happy customer. I have had so many HORRIBLE experiences with other motorcycle dealers (not just BMW dealers). BMW of OK is such a difference - a dealership I can actually trust to do great work and treat me like a customer. Michael, please purchase one of the dealers in Arkansas so I can stop by more often.

BMW Motorcycles of Oklahoma has the best selection of new BMW's in the South central US, the best service in the US (my opinion), and a great group of people. Everyone there makes me and my wife feel like we are their only customer. I get one day service, and they also offered us a loaner while ours was in service. Please open a dealership in the DFW area - then I could come by at least once a week. "

"I purchased my 05 LT in Sept 04. It was my first ever BMW. I am enjoying the LT and have had no problems with it. I was pleased with the way the products were presented to me and all my questions were answered for me. I have recieved good fast service on my BMW when having routine maintenance done. The service people are well trained and the work is done in a timely fasion. They can answer any question you have about the bikes. The parts department is great. Their knowledge about the products is great and they are willing to help in any way possible. The owners are always concerned about the customer and will treat you like family.
