Purchases
We offer a lot of items for sale on this website. While we update our catalogs continually, the reality of life includes back orders, stock outs and discontinued items.
We try to communicate to you the status of your order as soon as possible. Our usual processing time for an order is generally, one to two weeks, that is five to ten business days. If you need it sooner special expedite chages will be applied based upon the size of the order.
International orders are subject to holds pending credit card approvals. Additional shipping charges will be added based upon the order and destination. The purchaser is responsible for all duties and import fees. Generally, International orders are shipped via regular air postage. If you have special instrutions, please let us know prior to shipment.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge as soon as possible.
Shipment By FedEx Ground / UPS, or USPS: We generally ship via FedEx Ground. In certain cases we may ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. If you have a preference please let us know. An additional charge may apply for specified shippers. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied, generally between $15 and $75 depending on the size / weight of the shipment.
Delivery Time: Allow 7-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
| Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
General: No Refunds - Store Credit Only All returns are for store credit only.
All returns must be received by us within 14 days from the original customer shipment date.
Electrical Items are not returnable. Items worn next to the skin, i.e., undergarments, helmets, or shirts are not retunable.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.
Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay any shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Please notify us for a return authorization. We will email you the authorization and specific return instructions.
Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange authorization.
We are not responsible for items retuned with out a return authorization.

Vehicle Partial Payments:
In the course of our business, it is customary for customers to make a partial payment on a vehicle for us to order, hold, or prepare a vehicle for sale. Any and all partial payments of a vehicle are expressly not refundable. However, the partial payment may be transferred to another vehicle at our discretion. For example: A customer pays us $500 to hold, order, or commit to the purchase of the vehicle. They change their mind and decide to not purchase the vehicle. The partial payment is not refundable, but it may be transferred to another vehicle that we both mutually agree upon.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders for shipments addressed to an Oklahoma address.

Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection.

Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail if the backorder does not clear with in 7 work days. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

In order provide our customers with products and services, BMW of Oklahoma, ("BMW-OK" or "we") must ask you to provide us with information about yourself, your vehicle and your financial accounts. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information.
BMW of Oklahoma takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to any third parties. This Privacy Policy applies to all information that is collected at our dealership location, on the BMW-OK.com web site, transmitted to us by third-party affiliates, or our subsidiaries. B. Information We Collect
Required InformationTo open a BMW OK account, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. In order to make payments to or through BMW-OK.COM or BMW Motorcycles of Oklahoma, you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information (personal and financial information and bank account information are required to be collected so that financial institutions can process loan applications.
Pursuant to the USA PATRIOT Act, as well as other Federal statutes, including U.S. Department of the Treasury and Internal Revenue Service regulations, require BMW OK Funds to obtain, verify, and record various information in regard to specific financial transactions.
That information may include, but is not limited to; Name, Address, Date of Birth (for Individuals), and Tax Identification Number (social security number for individuals or employer identification number for businesses).
In order to comply with Federal statues, including the Bank Secrecy Act, we will also require your Tax Identification Number for certain high-value transactions.
Transaction Information
When you make payments to BMW OK, you may transmit information that could include credit or debit card, or bank account information related to each transaction. This may also include the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction (purchase of goods or purchase of services). We retain this information for each of your transactions.
We may also collect the internet address (IP address) of the computer or device you use to access your BMW OK account, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorized transactions.
Information About You From Third Parties
In order to protect of all our customers against potential fraud, we may verify with third parties the information you provide. In the course of such verification, we may receive personally identifiable information about you from such services. In particular, if you register a credit card or debit card with BMW OK, we will use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your card information and address matches the information that you supplied to BMW OK, and that the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.
Additional VerificationIf we cannot verify the information that you provide, we will ask you to provide us additional information, such as a valid drivers' license, credit card statement, and/or a recent utility bill or other information linking you to the applicable address, to help verify your information.
Web Site Traffic Information
Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the BMW OK Web site, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our Web site you visit while you are on the BMW OK site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our Web site.
We use this information only to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience with BMW OK.
Our Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you as a BMW OK customer if you return to the BMW OK site using the same computer and browser. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to your BMW OK account by entering your e-mail address and password. These cookies allow us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times.
Once you log out or close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect.
Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from BMW OK to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement.
We may, over time, delete these records as permitted by law.
Questionnaires, Surveys and Profile Data
From time to time, we may offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing users' interests and needs. The use of the information collected will be explained in detail in the survey itself. If we collect personally identifiable information from our users in these questionnaires and surveys, the users will be given notice of how the information will be used prior to their participation in the survey or questionnaire.
C. Our Use and Disclosure of Information
Internal UsesWe collect, store and process your personal information on servers located in the United States.
We use the information we collect about you in order to;
1) to provide our services and process your transactions,
2) to provide customer service,
3) to comply with state and federal statues, and
4) to improve our products and services.
At your option, we may use the information you provide to access specific third party services on your behalf and perform the actions that you request us to perform, such as obtaining financing for products. We provide access to individually identifiable information about our users only to those employees who require it to fulfill customer service requests.
Disclosure of information to Third Parties
BMW OK will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. BMW OK will not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties except in the limited circumstances described below, or with your express permission.
These third parties are limited by law or by contract from using the information for secondary purposes beyond the purposes for which the information is shared.
1. We share information with companies that help us process the transactions you request and protect our customers' transactions from fraud, such as sharing your credit card number with a service that screens for lost and stolen card numbers. See "Information About You From Third Parties" in Section B above.
Additionally, if you go into a negative balance and owe us money, we may share information with processing companies including collection agencies.
2. We may disclose information that we collect, to the original equipment manufacturer, BMW AG or their subsidiaries, BMW NA, LLC or BMW Financial Services for registration, warranty or approval purposes. However, information will be limited to the minimum amount that is required. Those companies that we provide this information may share this information with other companies.
3. If you do not want BMW OK to share any of your information with our affiliated companies, please provide us via written or email communication notifying us of your preference.
4. We disclose information that we in good faith believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of our User Agreement.
5. We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action.
6. We disclose information to your agent or legal representative (such as the holder of a power of attorney that you grant).
7. We share aggregated statistical data with our business partners or for public relations. For example, we may disclose that a specific percentage of our customers live in California. However, this aggregated information is not tied to personally identifiable information.
8. As with any other business, it is possible that BMW OK in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company. If such an acquisition occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by BMW OK, including customer account information, but would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended as described in Section A above.
9. We may share information with third parties in an effort to help resolve issues that our customers may have. An example would be to provide your name, telephone number or location to a towing company to allow them to communicate or locate a customer that may require their service.
Our Contacts with BMW OK Customers
We communicate with customers on a regular basis via telephone or e-mail to provide requested services and to resolve issues or transactions. We use your e-mail or regular mail address to confirm your opening of a BMW OK account, to send you notice of transactions, to send information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional. We also use your e-mail address to send you other types of communications that you can control, including the BMW OK periodical newsletter, customer surveys and notice of special third-party promotions. You can choose whether to receive some, all or none of these communications.
In connection with independent audits of our transactions and operations, the auditors may seek to contact a sample of our customers to confirm that our records are accurate. However, these auditors cannot use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. In addition, we will only share information related to you with an auditor if they secure a release from you authorizing release of any information.
Internet Address Information
We use IP addresses, browser types and access times to analyze trends, administer the site, improve site performance and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Information SecurityBMW OK is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
